Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are batch-specific and reflect testing performed on individual production batches by independent third-party laboratories.
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices displayed in other currencies are converted at approximate exchange rates and are provided for convenience only.
We accept payment via bank transfer with local banking details for Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, and UAE. We also accept cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and others) with a 20% discount applied at checkout.
Orders are not processed until payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is not received within 48 hours of order placement. Bundle discounts and volume pricing are applied automatically and are subject to change.
We ship to Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, and UAE. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days once payment is confirmed.
All orders ship with temperature-controlled packaging and tracking. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shark Solutions is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Opened, used, or improperly stored products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
If you run independent testing and the results do not match the published COA within acceptable variance, we will replace the order or issue a full refund.
