Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview
At Shark Solutions Limited, we stand behind the quality of our research peptides and laboratory supplies. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds to ensure the integrity and safety of all products in circulation.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- Damaged in Transit: Products that arrive damaged, broken, or compromised during shipping
- Incorrect Items: Products that do not match your order (wrong peptide, wrong size, wrong quantity)
- Quality Issues: Products that do not meet the purity specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of research peptides and safety requirements, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used in any way
- Products where the tamper-evident seal has been broken
- Products that have not been stored according to the recommended storage conditions
- Products returned due to change of mind or ordering error (wrong product selected by customer)
- Products returned after the return request timeframe has expired
4. Return Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, email us at Hello@getsharksolutions.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product (including packaging)
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is approved and we have received the returned product (if applicable):
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer to your original payment method
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement shipment instead of a refund, at your preference.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Shark Solutions will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses.
- All Other Approved Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Do not discard the product or packaging
- Take clear photographs of the damage, including the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product
- Email us at Hello@getsharksolutions.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the standard returns policy applies.
